Yeah it is an older one not new.

Sorry just realised its called The Deepest Breath, a 2023 doc about freediving. Mainly about 2 in particular, an Italian female and an Irish gadge. Both famous in the world of freediving apparently. Don't be put off by the subject, its a really good doc.

The one with the stairs IS John Wick 4. It's the last action scene in the film, about 10 minutes of killing up and down the stairs when they are trying to stop him getting to the duel on time. Looking forward to John Wick 5 and the spin off tv shows.
