The Lair was a bit lacking for a Neil Marshall film, but still mindlessly enjoyable.

Blott

Has The Guard been mentioned? A daft film about an Irish country copper?

It was one of those on Netflix or Prime I can't remember, that I thought why not after The Pig Iron, the game and a ruby.

I don't normally like comedies but this did make me laugh.

Captain Jack Sparrow

The war below - Excellent film, true story

World War I, a group of British miners are recruited to tunnel underneath no man's land & set bombs from below the German front, in hopes of breaking the deadly stalemate of the Battle of Messines

Reidydog

Black Sea (Netflix). Jude Law captaining a submarine looking for Nazi gold on a sunken German sub. Its no Hunt For Red October but decent time killer.

Running With the Devil: The Wild World of John McAfee
That's ok, on Netflix

Exactly, I enjoyed it bit missus thought it was boring.

Pleased there were subtitles in parts as I relied heavily on them.

No bucking ...

The Whale

Was pretty good, won't be for everyone

Jerry & Marge go Large. Bill Cranston is in it, about a gadge and his wife find a flaw in the lottery and exploit it. A feel good movie and based on a true story. Well worth a watch.

Captain Jack Sparrow

Tropic Thunder.

Still funny. Can't beat a bit of blackface  :rudi:

Utter shite it was, not a patch on the series. Was like a proper shit James Bond movie, super baddie causing loads of agg. Some of the supporting actors were woeful, shoehorned in  :diego:

tonyangelino

Cocaine Bear... soooo bad.

No wonder  :ray:  died, he probably did himself in from the shame.

Diabolical.

I watched that the other day, half enjoyed it but it tried to be too clever with the dialogue.

Shite.

Great previews. After watching that i am not convinced they were from the same movie!

Westlane_rightwinger

Mr Jones.

Welsh journalist hunts out Stalin's evil tactics in the 1930's. Starvation of Ukraine - Holodomor. Worth a watch.

Reidydog

Watched John Wick 4 last night.  I thought it was a decent ending to the franchise.  Donny Yen steals the show as a blind assassin though.

AtomicDog

This is worth a watch:
