Travel Insurance - anyone know a good company to go through?

Am shopping around for travel insurance. Going away for 90 days in January. The quotes to date are crazy! I have a couple of conditions, nevertheless I am being quoted 3 times as much as at the beginning of the year! Would appreciate a steer to a company that you've used and are cost effective! Thanks.

Insure and go was the company I used my Wife has a few problems they were the cheapest I found
