As I'll be home in December where is a decent Parmo?

Used to love the ones at The Fox Covert and take away pork Parmo from "The Greekys" in Dark End.

I'll be staying in Yarum though.

Everyone will tell you how the one in their local is the best on Teesside and when asked where else they've been they'll say no where else



The Merlin in Billog do good ones

Three Horse Shoes, Cowpen Bewley are class

The Open Jar also do good ones

Only ever had chicken ones mind as I'm not a fan of pork parmos

I'm sure you'll find good ones wherever you go

If you are looking for a take-out divine greek in Thornaby are good - you have to collect mind you.

I always use Manjarois as well in Ingleby or Boro - both decent enough for my pallet

Takeaway - Pauls in Thornaby. Only negative is its Chip Shop Chips but in terms of parmo, its amazing. Oozing in bech and a hell of a size.

Restaurant - Be hard pressed to beat Manjaro's - particularly the Ingleby one.

No, actually it was lovely. Had to have the big pork parmo as they're a rarity in itself these days.


We all enjoyed it.

I even took this for prosperity  . . .



Well actually took it to show the dinks at work what a pork parmo looks like.

I couldn't eat it all as I had to save some for My little friend, when I got home (She enjoyed it too).

Actually told quite a few at work how good it was. I'd recommend it to anyone off here. Service and everything was spot on.


The downside being I wish I'd known it was your gaff, could've had it for nowt and got drunk as a c**t for free

Nothing wrong with the Buck been a few times Pork Parmos for me the only problem I have with Parmos is the Bechamel sauce from anywhere they use tubs of it instead of making there own which is 100 times better that's why I don't recommend many places if I can find somewhere that makes there own Bechamel sauce instead of the tasteless shite out of tubs I would definitely recommend that place

Agree with the dog, Bibi's and the Europa were spot on and TB's right about the bechamel sauce being shite. I now always make my own parmo, got the sauce perfected.
