Pride of Britain awards the other night

Makes me proud of the country I live in when watching these brave people, of all ages, go about their daily lives thinking of helping other people less fortunate than themselves, no matter what that person may be suffering with they dont let anything get in the way of making a difference

I have always said it takes a special person to want to do something special, not for just reward, but to help in what way they can & pride of Britain recognises only a small % of those heroes

So emotional, the amount of times I wiped a tear away with one story after another

Some say they hate everything about living in the UK, their loss, these people & everyone who recognises them, are the reason we have a great country
