Malcolm Poskett named as sub with what was to be his one & only 1st team appearance for the Boro, when with 12 minutes remaining registered No497 when he replaced David Mills

Incidentally, the 1st player to play one sub appearance & then gone from the club, was Pat Lynch April 1972 away to QPR, when he replaced David Mills, Malcolm Poskett became the 2nd Boro player
