Until Bernie bagged 3 at Coventry in 1988, McCormack scored his last HT it was our last top flight HT

McCormack started out at Gateshead, came to the Boro in 1947 & after a couple of seasons went on his footballing travells to Chelmsford City, Barnsley, Notts County & Kings Lynn
