Another remarkable & unbelievable 12 months, with another remarkable season to come following the unbelivable season previous when we finished as runners up to Bournemouth following the summer from hell

Millwall who were our visitors for our 1st game back in the 2nd division, were ironically, our last home opponents the season we got relegated in 1985/96 season

Archie Stephens diving header at the holgate end, scoring our equaliser in the 82nd minute on our return to the 2nd divison after winning promotion from the 3rd division the previous season
The team came from the brink, 12 after relegation followed by liquidation our football club finished runners up to Bournemouth,
