The members only section is purely used to entice registrations.

I do not see the incentive to register if you can just read everything without being a member.

But threads like sexy women etc and "private" threads can go in there.

All current members as of today (those that have posted) will be given auto access. New posters/members from today will have to make a certain number of posts before access.
