It "looks" like his head and facial injuries are worse than 1st feared after the crash.

Reading gossip stuff it appears he had to have chin, cheek and eye socket fixed back up.
Picture not that good but you can see injuries on his face a few months after the accident.

Always quite liked Freddie. Comes across as a fairly normal geezer.
