To suggest there is no dress code isn't correct. Certain items are not allowed such as

Trainers, jeans, chinos, sportswear and any other type of casual trousers are not permitted

Neither are t shirts and sleeveless tops.

Men must wear jackets and I'm pretty sure women need to also have their shoulders covered.

A colleague of mine has to go round at short notice before and given she had converse on had to borrow a pair of shoes from someone else in the office to be able to get in.

So there's no official dress code or it would state what you must wear. She didn't breach anything or she'd not be let in the house

Also men MUST wear jackets... you said it would state what you must wear.. it clearly does state that!
