The trouble with shop/takeaway/pub parmos is the so called white sauce is rank and tasteless put on thickly never ever had a decent one from any of the above homemade parmos are the dogs bollox yes I will eat them from there as my missus sometimes buys them for tea and I've ordered one in a pub because everyone says they are the best but they always end up tasteless
