They didn't need 2 tonne concrete slabs along the pavement years ago either. trying to disguise them as presents shows the utter contempt they hold for the public.

They're there to limit the number of ppl walking into the tram lines. Police in Manchester have been armed for years in response to the high level of gun crime in the city
