All right gentlemen!
Hope everyone is doing good.
Sorry I haven't been around for a while. I've been in Munich getting immunotherapy treatment.
What this involves is taking bits out of you, creating a new immune system in a lab, infusing that new system into you and letting it work its magic.
So now I just have to sit here and see what happens over the coming weeks and months.
It's doing something, that's for sure. I can feel the old energy levels returning and am even considering QPR away a week tomorrow night. Let's see how I feel in a few days.
Thanks so much for all the magnificent support you fellas have given me. It really does mean a lot.
This lion is going to roar again, maybe sooner than people think!!

Great news to hear you're on the mend.

Can I ask, is that treatment not available in the UK?

No apologies necessary at all Erimus.
So they prepped you for immunotherapy then said they wouldn't give it to you? I got refused at day one and when they found out I was going to Germany, they started panicking.
Something strange is going on with immunotherapy in the UK and I wouldn't mind finding out more.
Great that you are positive about your situation. That's half the battle.

I asked about it shortly after I was diagnosed but they said no. I've got the conversation recorded so I need to go back and see exactly what they said.

Also, see Erimus' post above.
