Quote from: fukyu on October 09, 2024, 04:23:59 PMPutin had no reason to invade Ukraine other than the fact he wanted to, anything else is unjustifiable rubbish. It's no coincidence that so many former soviet east European countries joined NATO and now the Baltic states, Finland and Sweden have jumped in.Stopping arms to Ukraine is handing it to Putin.Appeasement doesn't work.

What absolute horse plop. May as well say Kennedy in 62 was wrong for bumping his gums, when the Russians wanted to load up Cuba with Tactical Nuclear Weapons. Exactly what NATO will and want to do if Ukraine became members.
It's always useful to explain why you think something is wrong rather than just dismiss it. Russia has nuclear capability and a large military. They had nothing to fear from invasion. It's all down to Putin's paranoia and megalomania. He laments the fall of the Soviet empire and wants it back. The mistake Khrushchev made was trying to sneak nuclear missiles into Cuba,he should have announced a defence treaty and the yanks would have been fucked, instead he tried to sneak them in and lost the legitimate high ground.

Call Putin what you want, he is a headcase, I'm not disputing that fact. You said he invaded Ukraine for no reason, to which I gave you a reason. He was very clear for a number of years that, EU/NATO membership would not be tolerated because it gave the west tactical advantage. If we were mortal enemies with the Jocks, would we allow a foreign entity to arm them with nuclear missiles? Would we fuck.
Your comparisons aren't really valid, and Putin has brought upon on Russia everything he feared by invading Ukraine. He did it because he thought he'd be in Kiev in a week and the west would accept it as a fait acompli. Now he has nato on his borders because of his actions not despite them. And the west had to put up with Russia troops and nuclear missiles in  East Germany for decades. He's a product of the Soviet system and he still thinks in those terms .

I've given you facts and reasons  :rudi:

I'm not a Putin fan, far from it but the facts are there for the reason why he attacked. I just want this war to end so there's no more needless killing mate. Like or loath him, Trump if elected will stop the killing.
No you gave an opinion. Will he attack the Baltic States or Poland they are NATO and have NATO troops stationed there.?,all trump will do is  withdraw support for the Ukraine if they don't concede land to Putin. This will encourage Putin further and confirm to him that the west is weak and will not stand up to him. There was the Budapest memorandum co signed by Russia in 1993 that Ukraine would be left alone for giving up it's nuclear stockpile. The killing will stop when Russia withdraws.

Yeah, whatever mate.

Don't even bother trying anymore Terry there's more intelligence inside a petri dish than Sieg Heil's Kuntz nut.

Joe the kid sniffer and his corruption racket comes to an end in a months time.

No more money to the Nazi's when Trump comes back. The whole sorry saga will come to an end at last.

Russia will keep the new land protecting its people from Nazi's . Zelensky will get thrown to the wolves and killed hopefully the rest of Ukraine will fall apart , Poland will probably move in .

According to this source there are moves afoot to dispense with the services of the 'Putins' that they have been using.

Not so straightforward as there are competing factions vying for the top spot.

I would rather not be the current 'Putin' and would stay at groundlevel not drinking tea. Still he's had a lot of fun playing pretend

Not sure what the incident on the plane was

Dear subscribers and guests of the channel!

Yesterday, the man appointed president of Russia and similar to Vladimir Putin had a really busy day. Despite the incident on the plane, which we have already reported, he held several meetings and events.

The double has been quite worried lately, realizing that there is a big transit ahead, and his fate is being decided these days during consultations between members of the Politburo. And the Politburo itself knows about the problems with the "president's" uncertainty about the future and is trying to calm him down through curators.

"Putin" still has the BRICS summit ahead and a nervous breakdown would be completely inappropriate. The double, despite being in the role of Putin for quite a long time, has not learned many of the manners, habits and habits that were inherent in the original, fortunately the public and the elite, both domestic and foreign, prefer not to notice these nuances.

The double, not without reason, believes that as a result of the transit he will become superfluous and the Politburo will stage the death of "Putin", and his (the double's) body is the best fit for this. The assurances of the Politburo members about an honorary pension for him in the form of "Putin" in the chair of the head of the Constitutional Court have little effect.

The double understands perfectly well that in third roles he will cease to be needed, moreover, he will become a dangerous burden. Can the double take decisive action? For now, this is a question that is one of the top priorities in the Politburo.

Sorry for a lack of updates recently

The Politburo have a lot to think about

Did you send a card to Mrs Putin on the Anniversary of her hubbies sad demise?

I know I didn't

Dear subscribers and guests of the channel!

The past weekend was quite calm for Politburo 2.0. Despite the anniversary of the death of Russian President Vladimir Putin, no one in the Russian leadership attached any special significance to this date and did not arrange a memorial feast. The day before, in conversations among themselves, there were discussions, but they decided not to draw unnecessary attention to this date, and everyone has a lot of things to do.

The huge number of accumulated problems, as a result of the incompetent policy of the late president, which must be solved here and now, occupy the members of the Politburo more than any kind of funeral. The food and financial crises, the transfer of power and the state of affairs at the front - these are the main topics of consultations in the Russian leadership last weekend.

The BRICS summit did not bring the expected results and Politburo 2.0 was puzzled by the search for a solution to the issue of international payments, calling on experts from the Security Council of the Russian Federation for help.

On Sunday evening, the elections in Georgia and the prospects for bilateral relations were discussed. Some members of the Politburo firmly believe in the prospect of attracting Georgia to the Union State, and consider it possible to implement this project within five years. Russian presidential aide Nikolai Patrushev congratulated the Georgian leadership on the "expected" victory in the elections and advised to intensify contacts with Russia in all areas.

The participation of North Korean soldiers and officers in the war with Ukraine causes serious disputes in the Russian leadership. Some members of the Politburo are against such adventures, they believe that it is enough to train the military from North Korea and give them the opportunity to observe the front. Their opponents, led by Nikolai Patrushev, believe that this is not enough to satisfy the desires of Kim Jong-un and in this case, the leader of North Korea can block the supply of ammunition necessary to continue the war.

In the Russian leadership, day by day, there are more and more problems, and fewer and fewer opportunities to solve them.
