If you paid a fiver for NDD is it wrong to expect it the next day?.

For the 2nd consecutive time Purina have failed to deliver next day.

Purina blame Evri. Evri blame Purina.

I want to feed my cat ffs!.

Purina are not a little backstreet firm either. The UK's biggest pet food/accessories provider.

Bloody 1st world problems.

Yep, no but or maybes, NDD or refund

Nosmo-King

Contract entered into - not delivered. Unless any small print negates this a refund is the very least you should get Ken

It will state somewhere that "Next Day" delivery is not guaranteed, it can't be.
We spend £35k a month on parcel carriage through DPD who only offer a Next Day service (except for some highlands and islands addresses). They achieve this something like 98% of the time but if you consider road closures, accidents, illness, acts of god etc. they can never absolutely guarantee it.

Another issue however is just how much these companies load their driver's run sheets with too many deliveries to achieve in a day to make more profits. The drivers are usually only paid on completed delivery or "carded delivery" so they will not linger too long where there is potential to cause them a delay.

Twice in a row is bloody unlucky though Ken unless there is some sort of local issue there.
