It's shite mate. You should be looking at a minimum these days of around 20mbps, even out in the sticks here I'm getting 75-78mbps (not fibre to the door)

Type internet speed test on Google and use the one that comes up there, it'll give you up and down and tell you if it's fast, slow etc.

Let me know what result that one gives you. Mine is 554mbps up and 49mbps down on wireless on my phone.

6 is pretty poor.

It depends on who you are with I'm with virgin media on 115mgb your speed I would get if I used fibre because BT have not installed fast fibre on my estate I wouldn't be happy with your speed Ken can you change your ISP or are you contracted

We dont have fibre up here and Sky say there are no plans to install anytime soon.

Mine is still underground and Sky say that when it rains bad the "gulleys" get full and fuck up the signal.

Virgin is just as bad round here.

It does my head in tbh.

If i download an Xbox game its takes nye on a day and i cant go online to say have a read or anything.

Have you got your xbox connected by Ethernet or just on wifi?

When I lived with my parents and worked from home their wifi was absolutely dog shit in my room, couldn't go on a call without it dropping out, anytime I went on cod I'd get disconnected in the lobby or just lag all game.

Plug one in wall next to router, and one next to device, connect to both router and device with ethernet and good to go. Changed my internet speed from "very slow" to "very fast" it was like having brand new internet.

Gash that but depends really what you need from the Internet.

I get 1GB cable and I live out in the country.  Half a mile away they have to rely on satellite and wireless Internet.
