A word of praise for the lass. She came on to the board and - to say the least- didn't receive a universal welcome from the board members. I know she upset a handful of posters with some of her views, however she always stood her corner and apologised where she felt was appropriate. And her position of moderator created further criticism she had to bat off.

I've a lot of admiration for the lass. She has showed she has balls ( not in a transgender way!), and others not possessing such a strong will and determination would have crumbled under at times some unjust criticism.

So, well done, lady. Your determination under adversity is admired by this poster.

It was going to be tricky i knew at 1st.

But the place needed some fresh eyes and ears on the modding front. (Coupled with work commitments and just wanting to chill in their dotage (Hi Mike!  ) the lads have done the hours on here.

Remember the days of shite like "MORE MODS THAN MEMBERS" (Now if i could just remember who said that im sure i could be CATTY back!! TWAT!)?

You probably dont realise the graft and crap they have to deal with. Shithot with posts now. No ifs ands or butts. If anything im the weak link in the chain on that front.
And nobody gets the dreaded "knock".

SG has given me the oppo to cut my hours down. And its working for me.
