IMHO apart from cameo appearances 5 minutes here & there when he's played the full game he's done very well & his performance against Leeds was that good that any other game he would have won my MOTM award, unfortunately, there were 3, 4 other players that night who were outstanding

Talk about loaning him out, for me he's done as good as Azaz in a Boro shirt, so keep & let him continue his development at the Boro, play him at Derby too

Tough call

I guess if he went out on loan we could call him back if needed?

If so, then up to January then to be reassessed

Prefer him to Azaz if I'm being honest, he looks to be developing quickly and could become a real player this season if he's given game time.

As last season showed, we need a squad.

Keep him here.

Got faith in Carrick and Scott , whatever they decide is fine with me 👍👍
Personally would like all the lads to stay but doubt that is an option

Yes I would go with that

I'd let him go on loan as long as he's getting minutes

Gilbert is a strange one. You can see the quality the lad has, but the question is, can he sustain it? I would send him out on loan as it stands, to give him minutes, but it would have to be to another champo club.

He has something but needs to go out on loan for me.
