Following my appointment at JCH we walked home through Beechwood collecting plenty of brambles, lovely walk, lovely weather & lovely chatting to people walking by, done over 18,800 steps today too, made up

MY DAD USED TO LOVE COLLECTING BRAMBLES LOCALLY AND GETTING MY MOTHER TO MAKE BRAMBLE PIES WITH CUSTARD ON.....HE WAS ALSO A BIG MUSHROOM COLLECTOR TOO AFTER IT HAD BEEN RAINING ALL NIGHT 👍💪👍
