Wow how time flies, 8 years ater liquidation the future of the Boro changed completely with a new ground on the horizon to replace our beloved Ayresome Park & what we seen at the Riverside we thought we would never see as a Boro fan

New stadium to welcome PL football, the town was buzzing, big new arrivals were the norm, waiting list to purchase ST's, amazing times

We were in the big time & for a short period we were going head to head with the big boys 😎

Is it 30 years wow, I was first contact with the club re the Mcdonalds discount that season ticket holders 1st got that season.
I went to meet Graham Fordy to discuss the details and was shown around Ayresome Park including inside the infamous sports hall. He also showed me a model of the new stadium and the cloth the new kit was made from.
We originally estimated around 6000 season ticket holders then a few weeks later Bryan Robson was announced as our new manager and that figure increased dramatically.
