Men having sex with children is statutory rape so should women having sex with children be rape too (as in the US) so that this women is identified as a 'paedophile rapist' rather than a woman who had sex.

Should all non-consentual sex be treated equally?

It was obviously consensual  bucking and they were only complaining after the fact so rightly or wrongly it's not rape it's a women having illegal sex. The taxi drivers on the other hand  were raping young girls, see the difference.

Any teacher, or other person in a position of trust and responsibility, who abuses that position and acts in this way should be executed.  Along with any other paedo.

We have enough people on Earth - it's time to clear out the scum.

So you think it's ok for an adult to have sex with a child if the child consents?

BoroRedKen

In English law a female cannot be charged with rape.

Rape is defined by the act of "penetration". In order for that to happen the male would need some sort of stiffy.

That is where the grey area is.

Fifteen is technically a child but those boys were volunteering, I've explained the difference in my first post.Context is everything.

I think it is penetration by a penis.. meaning a woman cannot commit rape. Also one for the fans of pronouns.. I think a lot of the legal terminology surrounding rape/sexual mentions 'his' rather than 'their' - this means that women are often not legal definable as being able to commit these deplorable acts.

Take all the finbar saunders sniggers to one side for a second.. and there is an issue in our laws that does not fully protect male children from female sex offenders.

The law needs to protect the innocent and justice must be allowed to prevail.. especially in cases that involve sexual crimes.

I agree, that's why I ask the question 'Is it time to equal up rape laws?' so that it includes all non-consentual sex (esp with children) as in the US.

Too Much Perspective

Macron's wife would be in bother if today's rules applied. She was his teacher. Met when they were 15. Started affair a year later. Definitely wouldn't be allowed now. Maybe not for rape, but for abuse of position of trust etc.
