Two lads aged 18 and 13 killed when ploughing in to a car while illegally riding a motorbike.

These stolen bikes/quads have been a menace for a few years now. Like the kid killed on one while belting up and down Birchington Avenue, eventually their luck will run out.

It's about time something was done to stop this anti social behaviour.
