Amazing book of events over 50 years & still remembered fondly to this day

As a 13 year old I can still remember paying 6pence entry fee at the turnstiles to gain entry into the boysend, along my younger brother, while our dad would pay in the bob end & stand infront of us seperated by a wall

Jim Platt remains my favourite Boro keeper to this day, in a team that will forever, be my favourite team
No matter what the Boro go on to achieve, maybe its through rose tinded glasses of a Boro obsessed teenager

This book in Jims own words on the progression of that fabulous, unbelievable, never to be forgotten, once in a lifetime season

So to be mentioned in his book has made me so proud to, not only be associated with our great football club but to see, my name & a few of my anorak mates in his book is a dream come true
