Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Manager

I am proud to announce my new role here at Red Roar HQ - talks have been going on now for quite some time behind closed doors with a view to bringing more people to the forum and developing a greater understanding of both gender and identity. Although some resistance was felt as first.. the majority of members came round and I was fairly well received. 

of course there was some misunderstandings of the LGBTQI+ community which is perfectly natural.. perhaps a little easier to understand when explained in terms of the seven dwarves.. there's Lazy, Greedy, Bashful, Tubby, Quirky, Intersex..

"Intersex?" Kenny said.. I said yeah, are you Intersex like? "FUCKING RIGHT I AM!" - "all the other lads are anorl" -  It was then that I had a much clearer idea of what was going on round here.. a clear lack of representation by the club.. with other sexual identities clearly being favoured by the club and by 'them' OTR

Luckily there is a flag ready made made.. I understand that many groups of the LGBTQI community do not feel best represented by being lumped all under the same rainbow umbrella.. different groups having different understandings and needs etc

So here we go.. a flag representing the Intersex of RedRoar.. very similar colours to the goalkeepers kit we had in 2014/15.



Red Roar being the totally inclusive and equality minded football message board that there it is could not just stop there.. some lads do not want all this ramming down their throats and are not even Intersex.. sharing rude pictures that make other chaps erect is purely for those who quite simply require a tug.

Well great news Tuggers!! because there is a flag for that aswell (with thanks to the Royal Navy for this one)



So there you have it.. our community of intersex and those that require a tug and of course I went to the trouble to put together our own very special flag together that can be used at all future pride events.

Maybe if that purple ring gets stretched out a bit.. you could stick something in so you don't feel left out?

A white lion has been pretty constant over the years.. on the kits at least.. not so much in recent years? Maybe we could have 'ERIMUS' on there right in the middle? 'We Shell be Intersex and Requiring a Tug'
