I cancelled my Conservative membership a while ago. I have joined Reform.

Tax, NHS, etc will take a few years to sort out.

My team work bloody hard to deliver our services. However, I could walk around my department and probably get rid of a few B8s as from what I can see, do little and deliver nothing.

Is money the answer? I'm being paid £15k below the market rate for my job and I'm sure this is reflected across the NHS. For me it's not all about money, I enjoy my job and (most) of the people I work with
