Charged me £45 to check through my insurance paperwork that I have regarding cancelling my holiday due to my issue

Everyones feeling the pinch so they keep telling us, yet doctors on mega bucks want £45 for looking at some that will take half an hour to browse & sign

That's because it is private work, imagine the cost just for an appointment if there was no NHS.
