Just proves it's a 2 tier policing they couldn't give a fuck about none white people it's becoming common practice amongst police forces up and down the country get use to it

The key thing is being able to prove the case beyond reasonable doubt, if Ken had denied all knowledge of that 1 word, it would have been up to the police to prove it, not quite as simple as saying we know it came from this device in this location, yes but prove it.

The law now "goes along" with even deleting a post is now not a viable defence.

Take that comment on Fmttm the other day.
Even though it was deleted if someone has screenshot it they will still use it as evidence.

Remember the police themselves can now decide if something is "racist" or "offensive" even if they recieve ZERO complaints if they read it themselves.

This is my issue with the civil servants OTR.
Look and read what Festa5 writes about Trump for eg.

How can a plod like him possibly be responsible for deciding if something is offensive after some of the shite he writes?

Its just ridiculous.

So we know if he was involved investigating a criminal offence, say against me, how the fuck could be expected to be "impartial"?

Yet they just say "i leave my personal views at home".

But they dont do they really? Nope. They then use an anon username and post their opinions on a form of public social media.

FMTTM is very fortunate that complaints have not been lodged with Cleveland Police ( not to my knowledge) about a plethora of posts on that platform.

If Small and Nichols had any balls they would ban posters who do operate and post such content and issued general " advice" to all users that such language will not be tolerated and will result in an  immediate lifetime ban.

Over to you boys.
