This is Kenny not Nekder.

I wont be on the rest of today or tomorrow.

Tomorrow marks 1 year since my life stopped. It marks the time that i lost not only my wife but my best friend of 21 years.
Thats what we were. Best friends. You rarely saw 1 without the other.

Time has not healed any of me. The sadness and anger has not dissipated in any way. I rage 1 day and sob the next. I just dont care about anything like i used to.

BUT......

Without you lads listening and putting up with me on bad days i could not have done the last year.
I mean it. I think how could i have got through without having the support you lads have given? And the answer is i could not have.
I want you all to give yourselves a pat on the back or a handshake from me. Fuck it lads i would hug every single 1 of you.
You lads keep giving me a purpose to not quit this living nightmare.
