So, it appears they have spent a MINIMUM of 750K on 3 trucks , 1.2 M  minimum on brown bins, have to collect all the green bins back .....they bullshit they have been sold ....but never say who to ....who would buy them With Middlesbrough Borough Council imprinted on them anyway ?
