We will never return to the EU.

As for the ECHR I don't know a lot about it. We have a Supreme court that should be enough, but I am not a lawyer.

Not a chance we leave ECHR while RS is in charge. Just meaningless words to try and get folk back onside, which all can see through. Sunak knows the Tories are going to get obliterated in the next GE and the elites are trying to limit the damage so they can still control the party. They get obliterated, then the party will purge all the liberals that have infected the party over the years, paving the way for true tories to lead. The likes of Farage, Braverman, Badenoch, Patel etc will take charge, leading the way for a sweeping landslide in 29.
I'd like to see Reform be the main opposition, but I think they will struggle to win seats, and only help reform the tory party.
