Formed in 2010 now "telling" judges to "consider" softer sentences to people from deprived backgrounds and things like poverty and poor education.

So all the wrong uns will now have a defence of "we were from a poor household".

Crime is crime.

3 years for me. But because its "racial" i have not been asked 1 question about me etc. We were not rich. From a poor area. State educated. Dad was a striker on the steelworks etc.
Will that "excuse" my case????....
