So sad, only 61, very gifted, stylish footballer 😞

Remember his tackle on Trevor Putney as Ayresome Park when we beat Villa in the northern final of the zenth data systems cup tie, which resulted in Putney stretchered off & missing the zenith data final

Bud Wiser

Didn't we once make a double-bid for him and Paul Rideout around that time?

It's a dreadful dreadful disease, not only to the patient but to the whole family. What's worse is that patient knows they have it in the early stages.

We went through this recently, my FIL had it for over 14 years, the last 4 including COVID was beyond grim. My wife was unbelievably strong.

The drugs today are fantastic holding it off, then Bam they stop having an effect.

Awful disease. It seems recently a link has been made to players heading the ball. This can't really be applied to Cowan's though as that wasn't his game. Great player I wish we had succeeded in getting him.
