I work down that "nameless"  regularly mate , place is so corrupt with backhanders etc its frightening , what it needs is a parent company "outsider" manager to put some high viz on for a week & just walk round ....because if they are taking handers from 1 ....they are taking from 10 or more

I know that my mate doesn't hate all Russians and that he is, by nature, a humanist. But he has a "this has to be done" outlook on it. In order to do some of the things he does, ie. arranging the deaths of a lot of people, including incidental deaths of his own troops, he adopts his rather "glib" way of looking and talking about it
