Booked a table today early this morning , arrived abt 10 mins early , queues out door , seemed ALL in the queue had a prior booking as they do not do "walk ins" on sundays . after 15 mins in doorways were moved to end of bar , where we stood for 20 -25 mins more  with bar staff passing loaded with drinks . Duty manager full of BS with people getting sick of waits , when i pointed out we were now 45 min late  his response, & i quote "You don't have to eat here" , this from a supposed service professional ......so we did 'nt , & neither did the couple behind us on hearing his responses

Shit attitude to customers best avoided on a sunday as they ram the place , never again

Take all the bookings cos they don't wanna miss out on the coin and then can't cope with the demand - employ more staff and stop over filling the place you tight cunts

DId Mr T , went to a regular place , all good , been Oven before , was decent , but by fuck after today never again , had seen queues outside there on sunday before .....now know why , they do not give a flying fuck  about peeps , just give us yer coinage plebs .......but word of mouth & social media can do SOOOOOO  much damage now !!

Had been before was  ok ,  but sundays are a fkin disgrace as i found today , people should be aware , because there were a  lot of pissed off peeps .....& we only wanted a table for 2 ! ..........god help a party of 4/6  waiting

point is mate are you prepared to just stand there & wait endlessly  when they take  TIMED  bookings ......understand they are fluid but best part of a hr aint fluid its pisstaking .......see the tripadvisor thread  25% of their reviews are 1 star  for same reasons , have used in past been fine , but today was fking shocking esp  their fuck you attitude

I get the point and agree with what you are saying. But obviously, must be decent as loads of people are going and some are prepared to wait!

If you need some decent Sunday recommendations, let me know. Big Franck  never has to wait. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
