I can understand the logic of this 'sale' at the end of the season - but now?

Yes, he gets yellow carded far to often for an attacking midfielder but if you want a late-in-the-game battering ram to turn a defeat into a draw he's a far better option than, say, Coburn. Plus we're already lacking in tall attacking players as it is, so lets at least hope theres some decent coin it to justify his departure.

Whilst pleased for him I am astounded at the timing. Was always a player you could throw on to make something happen. Yes, he did caught in possession and misplaced more than a pass or two - but could come up with vital goals.

Do we currently have many better than him? Doubtful.
