ken, I went to the Sunderland FAC replay at the Riverside in 2010, which we lost 2-1, that was annoying but what followed sickened me to the bone, as we were walking out of the stadium I looked across at the Sunderland fans who were in the block next to us who throughout the game were singing their vile chants then one bloke simulated something with a young lad standing infront of him, on flyme when I got home there were posts on the sick chanting & I posted what I'd seen, someone asked if I videoed it with my phone, back then they weren't as powerful as they are today & no mine didn't have a video camera, wish it had I would have recorded it
On the way past the away coaches the same gestures continued. I gave last years & sundays tickets away, I refuse to go when we play them, when I start taking my grandaughter I wont take her to games against that lot

Now here what gets me, I took a decision to not attend & i'm ok with that, I don't want to sit & listen to them chants, don't want to walk alongside those scum etc but reading them posts, the very same people who are name calling you & I scum regularly, as you say regarding Houchen & Preston, dear me even Gibbos got it in the neck for his political stance. Even last week a poster from OTR mentioned he was reading this board & was disgusted at comments about certain individuals but totally selectively ignored someone been called a child murderer, utter scum, etc, etc & didn't correct that individual

Maybe not on the same scale as the Sunderland louts but you cant be calling a fellow fan a scum bag & tories shouldn't be resuscitated, when not even challenged by the very people who are up in arms at the match on sunday

That was not my intention.

My intention is to prove that the some people who call this out are very quick to use other vile words just because of the colour of a political tie.

The way society is going is going to have to be all or nothing.
They cannot keep calling for people to be locked up or banned for what they consider "offensive words" when they are quick to call others the same words.

What did they allow Preston and Houchen to be called just the other day? Remembering Mr Houchen was days away from becoming a father.

And the law took nearly 2 years to find racism on RR.

And they have not.
