I dont understand this verdict.

The judge ruled its ok to call someone "racist" without proof but calling someone "paedophile" without proof is damaging and dangerous.

WELL.......

I was nicked and branded a racist. Lost my job etc etc etc.

Now my charges are NOT RACIST. I HAVE NO INCITEMENT OR RACISTS COMMENTS TO DEFEND. THE CPS HAVE DECIDED 2 MEMES I POSTED ARE "OFFENSIVE" TO FEMALES AND CLEVELAND POLICE.

So how can that judge decide that calling someone racist is not damaging to the person branded?

Like i said i have no racist charges.
Will i get my job back?
Will i get my lost pay back?
Will the law make people apologise?

30yrs of "work" and reputation down the tubes but all for unfounded "rumours".

So calling/branding someone a racist without proof IS DANGEROUS AND DAMAGING.

Also did Fmttm posters not call Preston and Houchen "peados" just the other week???..........

I read it through and like you could not understand the outcome. It was biased as far as I could see.

There is still no steadfast legal definition of "racist". In my personal experience is just as damaging.
Racist will lose it meaning soon.

But I agree with you, racism is banded about without thought.

I work with I would guess 10 Indians on our shift, 9 are brilliant the other I would class as racist against non permitted and older white people, try and prove it though. He hates me with a passion, it's mutual.

Good points Kenny which brings about the question if you are found not guilty should it go to that stage you would be entitled to compensation for loss of earnings surely as well as distress etc of all this . I still can't get my head around you being roped into court for talking about dinghies !!

The fact is Crocks there are NO racist charges.

My original charge was "incitement to commit racial hatred". But because THERE IS NO RACISM the Cops/CPS have changed my original charge to "offensive communications over a network".

There are 2 charges.

1 from 2022 and the female footballer 1 is the only other post from me on the date of "publication".

The footballer 1 was viewed and shared at least 394k times on Twitter. I got it from there.
You go to court for sharing it. But where are the other 393,093 other people?

They had me under investigation for 94 weeks for racism.

Its a bit "strange" that all of a sudden im at court in Feb on totally different charges.

They sent me the bail and charge sheets through the post, with the new charges, and only 4 weeks to get a criminal solicitor before court!

They even sent a sheet for me to plead guilty early to get a "reduced" sentence.
My brief cant wait for court.
He said he is going to raise holy hell.
The "offense" from 2022 should now be a "summary offence" (because of the date etc) and SHOULD NOT BE ON THE CHARGE SHEET.

It has taken Cleveland Police nearly 2 years to do me for racism.
Now because they know RR IS NOT RACIST they want to stick me up on trumped up picture charges?

Yes. But only for my reputation and previous work. Its all gone anyway but i wanted to fight the racism stuff in court.

This proves, because of no charges for racism i would of won in court.

The case proves that leftists have pervaded our public institutions. Worrying times when the law cannot be delivered without any political bias.
