How can i be charged with ANY hate crime now?

How can the CPS approve charges against me for stating the truth and facts well and truly out in the public domain now?

Remember Sexpom was offended by me writing exactly that "not permitted stani grooming gangs" and that was enough to get me raided, arrested and charged.

Remember Borofur once saying I was the most passive, aggressive poster on flyme, then a month or so later I was smiling as he said the same to Coluka, mind he argued with everyone probably something he learnt & threw around at posters who disagreed with him
