This Building was set on fire a few years ago, before that it was a nightclub, then stood derelict for donkeys years, then had the massive fire that totally gutted the place, only brick left, the council then got multi millions of pounds off the goverment to restore it to a Posh Hotel Spa etc..They had just started work on it, then this happened... Couldn`t care less abot the place to be honest, we dont need another Hotel in the town, (unless the cunts are planning on putting the immigrants in it... (well they wont be now). The Grand Hotel what is just over the road from this place is a 60 odd room hotel, which is just being re-furbished for re-opening.... So this would of been wasted money anyway..
