Good question about "gender"

Morbid but valid.

If a Transfemale died and their skeleton was discovered what would an autopsy reveal as their gender/sex if the pathologist was not aware they were Trans?

Under todays stupid "rules" could the pathologist be "done" for misgendering if someone was offended?
