After relegation the previous season we welcome Bristol Rovers to Ayresome Park for our 1st ever 3rd division fixture

After winning the seasons opener 3-2 at Colchester we are back on home soil & hoping to record our 1st back to back wins since the 26th Feb & 5th March
Sadly, our home start to life in the third tier went the same way as our final few home matches in our relegation season, when even though, Jimmy Irvine became our 1st 3rd division home goalscorer, Rovers scored 2 more & took both points back home with them
