Why cant someone tell me why they moan about applications taking so long but will not answer what do they expect when they chuck their passports, mobiles etc away then some lie about their ages etc?

It is up to the home office to try to trace/track them. If you dont have at least a correct name then you have no chance of finding out ANYTHING about them.
