Isn't that Adam johnson's woman back with him too?

Imagine bringing up girl's that aspire to that . . .
Speaks volumes of the parentage.

Victims stay with their abusers for a variety of reasons. Quite often because they don't realise they're being abused or for the sake of children or because they think it was a one-off or just because they have nowhere to go.

Male victims don't leave because there are no refuges for men, they don't want to leave the kids, they're embarrassed to say a woman is beating them up and because they know that if they claim abuse, they are more than likely to be arrested themselves.

Good point with 1 exception.

Male victims do have some places that help. There is a refuge of sorts in Teesside (for obs reason i cant say what or where).

At least 40% of DV victims are male. 70% of uni-directional violence is female on male, Less than 1% of safe spaces are for men. 0% for men with children.
Publicly funded DV services is now a lucrative industry with virtually 100% of the finances going to women's groups. Mankind Initiative receive nothing.
Domestic Violence against men and boys is even classed as Violence Against Women & Girls to manipulate the stats.
And before anyone says 'men are just more violent' it's not true. You're more likely to be slapped by a woman than you are to punch one.
To consolidate that point, the MOST violent relationships are female/female.

Quote from: Ravishing Rick Rude on August 23, 2023, 09:19:51 AMFor the audio footage, he's a piece of shit. He's lost his job and deservedly so.

Ask yourself this, if your daughter had gone through that audio, what would you do as a father?

From the start Harriet's father never once had a bad word to say about Greenwood. Not one. No matter how much he had paid her off, the father would still be wanting to kill him, I know I would.

Greenwood is done and it's all his own fault.

Exactly Rik, money goes out the window if that was your own daughter. Makes you wonder what type of household she was brought up in, when cash seems to be king. He is done in the UK, he will end up in Italy or Turkey.

Quote from: Ural Quntz (Moderator) on August 22, 2023, 03:20:38 PMClearly whether you have seen the pictures or heard the video is a key part of evidence and it does seem from you lads that its pretty convincing.

I am still puzzled though as to how any amount of money would have persuaded his girl to let him off the hook?

But then I can't understand either why victims of DA stay with their abuser for so long?

Until you have been in that situation you will never understand why people don't leave domestic violence relationships, it's the hardest thing you ever have to do, never mind whilst being in the public eye with thousands of people judging your every move. Last year I was in a DV relationship and I really believed my only way out was in a wooden box. I had no self belief, no confidence and no strength to walk away because I believed without him, I had absolutely nothing: so I stayed for 5 whole years, even though I wasn't happy. Some days I generally hated him and I would beg whoever is up there to take me away from this situation. When your going though something like that, it's like your paralysed you really want to run for the hills but you physically can't. No amount of money, fame or support can ever get you to make that decision, that's why women stay for years because untill that day comes when the penny drops you can't leave, and I think that's what people who haven't been though something like that struggle to understand why women/men don't ' just leave' ...

So sorry to hear you had to go through that. Glad you are out of it now and getting sorted.

It hurts reading Rochelles post but she knows dad would have happily shook him by the throat given chance.

She is a strong girl. Makes her dad proud! x
