Can't help but think the Aussies got away with this one. Hopefully, we continue where we left off in the last test. Anything short of a win in this test and a draw over all would be hugely unfair on England

They did. Well & truly. But we're no strangers to being bailed out by the weather in the past, so thats the way it goes. A victory at The Oval will give us a psychological series victory at least - as we wave good-bye to the urn.

We've lost the ashes which is always the main target. We were about to beat them in Manchester so if we can do them at the Oval it sort of gives us the edge over them.

The Aussies will play down if they lose and say the Ashers were already in the bag. It makes for a good next series over Australia.

The weather beat us but we also messed up in earlier games imo.

Still a great watch but strip it all back and sport is still about who wins what.
