The season end and, the big one and treble all to play for, for Man City.

Will they do it?

If they don't they are cursed to not win it under Pep.

It is a funny old game as they often say.

Man City win it for me and, might fancy themselves to be called the best English team ever.

Had a dabble at 3-0, 4-0, if the city who destroyed Madrid pop up its a rout, Inter will play for ET & pens , city score first they win comfy

John Stones was brilliant in midfield like

Didn't even know they played him there

Glad City won....fuck the eye tie cunts

A scrappy game but the win is what it's all about.

Can they defend it and the league next year, now that would see them as one of the greatest teams to play the game if they can pull that feat off?

Hopefully, Pep and a few players now see things as a job done and maybe look to move on making things a little bit more of a level playing field

Why would they move on to make it more fair for other teams? If anything they will build on it and go for dominance. The likes of Haarland and Co are more likely to stay if they are winning it every season. That's exactly what will happen unless they get thrown out of the prem under ffp.

I agree on the dominance factor providing he has the hunger, don't forget he bailed out on what some might say was the biggest job in football with Barcelona.

Once you've won it all, it's nothing but backward in lots of respects unless you can do a Fergie and go on repeat. The players with medals will go where the money takes them. Can he keep them all motivated for the next few years now they've got the champions league? You are good but you're not great until you win the champions league was probably his easiest team talk every year with Man City. Let's see what the next few years brings. The money is there but you always need a target in life/sport to help bring the best out of you.

I reckon he (pep) might fancy his chances on the international stage next. It's just when and, who with for me.

I thought it was pretty dull and by the end did not care who won. I can remember ManU winning it and being excited, and when Chelsea won the Cup winners cup.

I find passing the ball 5 yards non stop boring.

Today I only care about the Boro and England.

Reading from the post match interviews, he is there for a good few years to come. He said City isn't going to be the team that wins it once, then fades away. He is a winner and the players he has are winners, five out of six prem titles backs that up, and they will keep winning it on that ratio as long as he is there, in my opinion. Barca is a lot different to City, Barca is a you must win it or the season is a failure, end of, resulting in the sack in most cases. Not so much now for them due to their economic issues and so on. Going by Barca's standards of old, if City were to follow that, Pep would have been gone a long time ago. If anything, the pressure is now off them to win the champs league, they can go after more titles without that pressure. It wouldn't surprise me if they went one better next season and did the quadruple.

Hope they get relegated next season

We shall see, it might just get prickly for him if they have a couple of, off years by that I mean Prem titles or the champions league. The expectation is there from all, probably quietly, but it will be there. These new owners of football teams just won't settle for second best unless money is their motivation and when it comes to far easter owners money is second to titles.

He won't want to go out on a backward step that I will say. Next Year will be interesting for him and maybe the year after. The thing is I can't see anyone getting near them at the moment. Man Utd might push them under new ownership, possibly Liverpool. Arseanl just dont spend big and then you've the Geordies how might take them on in 3 or 4yrs time.
