I'd never ever felt this way since you had to say goodbye, a feeling of loss so intense it's like I actually might die.

I can't eat, I can't sleep, your face is all that I see. My chest feels so tight that sometimes I can't even breathe.

Just carrying on as normal feels like I'm saying that I don't care. But I don't know what else to do. My god this isn't fair!

Thank you each and everyone of you lads.

Today was a day that i never thought would of happened to me.

But tomorrow day 1 of the rebuild begins.

You lads got me through the hardest 3 weeks of my life. Not 1 of you will ever realise the help and support you have shown me this last few weeks has impacted me and kept me going.

I still have 1 or 2 scores to settle. And the 1 thing i have now is all the time in the world to settle them.

I want to take RR to the next level. And with you lads behind me i dont sense failure. Its not even an option.
From now on its "DONT SING IT JUST BRING IT!".
