I lost my soulmate and best friend.
My life changed forever.

I miss Carmen so much it hurts so bad.

But RR and you boys have been my saviours. Coming on here has given me the distraction i have needed.

I will never stop mentioning how much you boys have helped and been there for me. Carmen would be so proud of everyone of you for being there for me.

I have found its not just time mate but having support and encouragement has helped so much.

Its known i was always a loner but not anymore.

Some scrote nicked the flowers i laid outside yesterday afternoon but it was my fault i did not nail them to the road.

Have been reading some of C S Lewis stuff about grief etc and that has helped me understand a lot, i would recommend his work if anyone goes through a situation like mine.

The next 10 days i have to get through then i can lay Carmen to rest and try to rebuild a broken heart.

I wont name them but you know who you are. I found real comfort and strength from your points made.

It will stay with me forever what you 2 have done for me mentally.

I hope, in happier circumstances, i can repay the help and kind words in person.
