With Carlisle the ones who are struggling & could be joining Pools in the conference if they dont pull their finger out, promotion seems to have backfired on them big style, with always in & around the top 10/playoffs they finally won promotion, via the PO's then had a poor season in the first division, third division in old money & how I like to name it, got relegated & now find themselves second bottom & 4 points from safety

York are going great guns, after surviving to stay in the league in the final game of last season find themselves top of the league
Pools are also improving under Lennie sitting 2 points outside the playoffs but have a few teams in between 6th & there current position

Darlo sit in 11th in their respective league four points behind 6th place & most likely to much to make up with the finance in that league alone

Darlington seem to be stuck in that league thought they might have gotten out of it by now they seem to be inconsistent (reminds me of the Boro) are they still playing at Blackwell Meadows

Yes still playng there, Darlo are the team I usually look for after the Boro, but they just seem to make up the numbers now, following two consecutive promotions after they were wrongly demoted down all those leagues because basically, they're a north east team who not many will care about & the FA can show they have a mean streak if needed, yea ok, they reached the playoffs in the league they're in now, lost & have just plodded around in that league not really threatening the playoffs, shame really

Yes Ken winning two nil at half time at Ayresome Park, by full time we were holding out for a 2-2 draw. Going behind in the replay only for David Shearer (RIP) scoring a brace & putting us through to the 4th round & Notts County at home

Its amazing how attendances used to almost double - even for early round FA Cup games back then. Fast forward 40 years and the opposite has happened!

They can't afford to go up

If they did they'd need to provide all sorts of extra shite (incl Womens/Junior team)

Needs someone like George Reynolds to take them over = Oh........

Remember going to the playoffs when they beat Pools when Reynolds was chairman & he came on to the pitch before kickoff I think. Darlo won 2-0 think they went to the final but lost to Peterborough

Kippers

I look out for Chorley.
In fact I took the grandkids on yesterday.
