BTC now hit new all time high of $85k. All others flying too. Trumps commitment to the industry has made everything sky rocket since he won

Doyle1979

Stock market flying again too

ZiEgE

He's not even in the job until January.

America is about to boom and we're stuck with that useless, gormless twat Starmer and his band of thick as fuck socialists and cultural marxists.

Doyle1979

@ZiEgE markets work on confidence though. Ppl investing now knowing the policies will increase further

Doyle1979

@ZiEgE if the US economy booms it booms the western economies as we're all inter linked with trade and the dollar.

Doyle1979

Perfect point to invest

You probably right with trump there's other things involved mind, Sometimes if the Dollar loses value it pushes up Crypto value's . BRICS have started their own currency now bypassing the Dollar so it could also be to do with how stable the dollar really is today.

good little read on it here.

I give it a read cheers. Crypto is often used as a hedge against inflation but a bull run is when market confidence has spiked. This is a full on bull run. There's a lot of institutional money now in crypto due to BTC ETF's now being sold through major hedge funds and investment banks. This is the first crypto bull run with traditional investors money tied in.

Doyle1979

Some of that link is true but lots are not. BTC is non inflationary as they'll only ever be 21 million Bitcoins where as the dollar can just be printed. The current US government printed 40% of all the dollars in US circulation last year. That's mental and cannot be sustainable without the markets booming. There was one day last month where the US added $27 billion of debt in a day. Thats how vulnerable the global system is

I have never got involved in any of it to be honest. Do you remember the thing a year or so ago what supposed to have started in Nissan where they told people to tap as fast as they could on a app on their phones and the money they put in doubled up  :rudi:

Some one was telling people the app could work out what the best stock was to buy n sell in microseconds ahead of the market or  some shit like that. Some people re mortgaged their houses other lumped 50 60 100k into it the next thing the fast tapping on the phone stopped working cos they disappeared with all the money .

Not got the foggiest idea about Crypto - did that one bloke really invent it or is it CIA who knows.

I know loads of lads who were doing it. It was not a crypto its was a digital pyramid scheme. I told my mates it was but loads lost a few bob.

Genuine crypto's are advanced technologies to solve financial issues.

BTC is more digital gold than a future widely used currency

Nobody knows. Sakamoto has never been uncovered but his crypto wallet has been logged into recently. It's likely a group of ppl rather than just one.

Too Much Perspective

There's the sentiment angle. Trump's already said he's pro-crypto, so people are pricing in the very strong possibility of greater adoption.
Mind you, the crypto trading app Coinbase seems to be the biggest winner (up 75%) which suggests there's a load of dumb money moving around right now.

Greater adoption is inevitable. What many ppl don't get about crypto is that they're not currencies they're financial technologies that are the future of the finance world. Blockchain technology is what underpins it all and all the major banks are fully invested in this tech

Doyle1979

This has been the greatest opportunity for those with nothing to gain financial freedom but there's so much nonsense pushed through the media and by politicians that want and need the people at the bottom of the ladder to stay there.

Haha probs not bei driving a taxi if they were. Mostly because of the dominance of Teessiders in the offshore and oil and gas industry. Word spread through Teesside very early on with lads who had a bit of disposable income

Not a Marxist by any stretch he's a Tory.

It's americas complete lack of understanding what socialism means that's made ppl over there call a socialist a communist and Marxists. It's nothing like socialism. Read the communist manifesto by Marx and Engels and you'll immediately see the complete difference. You're under a Tory government essentially. It's bled into ppl over here now but they're nothing like each other. You don't even have a socialist in charge let alone a Marxist

Doyle1979

He's just a lighter version of a conservative.
